Down Time

I know I haven't posted here in awhile.  It's funny, I used to wonder why people even had blogs if they only updated them once in a while.  And here I am, only posting once in a while.  But let me give you my excuses why I haven't been updating.

• it takes time to upload the pictures I'd want to include in my posts
• I don't have the time to upload the pictures and edit them before I post them
• I have a 15 month old boy who won't sit still, can you imagine?  The nerve of that kid.
• The 5yr old and 7yr old are on summer vacation right now.  That means THEY won't sit still, either.
• By the time they're in bed, all I want to do is read or watch TV but I usually have laundry to do or dishes to wash
• By the time that stuff is done it's time for ME to be in bed.
• And then it starts all over again.

But you might say, what about now?  You're on the computer now, why don't you update it now?  Well.  THAT IS WHAT I'M DOING ISN'T IT.  But you won't get any pictures or cute videos because that takes time.  And I just don't want to spend the time right now.  I wish it was different but it's not. But hey!  We're still alive and kicking. That counts, right?
